Our client, a European accommodation provider with over 500 cabins, wasn’t sure their guests would engage. They decided to test the impact of My Green Butler for guests against a control group of their own.
Dividing cabins into two groups, only one group was set up with resource monitoring hardware and a QR code for guests to access My Green Butler for guests on their phones. Tailored to the specifics of the cabins and location, guests were shown their resource usage and tips on how to use less whilst increasing comfort.
